Planet Safe Vibe offers eco-friendly and sustainable living products, such as reusable, plastic-free, and natural household items. We also publish guides and advice to help people in Bangladesh live more sustainably.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or you must have the involvement of a parent or guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Descriptions

We try to describe our products, materials, and sustainability features as accurately as possible. Natural materials such as bamboo, jute, cotton, coconut shell, and clay can vary slightly in colour, texture, grain, and size from the photos shown. These natural variations are not defects. Product images are for illustration only.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We accept bKash, Nagad, supported card payments, and cash on delivery within our delivery areas. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and fully refund any payment made.

5. Orders and Confirmation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when we confirm it by phone, SMS, or email. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the delivery address is outside our service area, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

6. Delivery

We deliver inside Dhaka and to selected locations across Bangladesh through our delivery partners. Estimated delivery times are given at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen because of weather, hartals, public holidays, traffic, or courier issues. Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel and check it at the time of delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Use of the Website

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose. You also agree not to try to gain unauthorised access to our systems, upload harmful code, copy or scrape our content for commercial use, or post false, abusive, or misleading reviews.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on planetsafevibe.com, including text, logos, graphics, photographs, and guides, belongs to Planet Safe Vibe or its licensors. You may share links to our pages. You may not reproduce, sell, or republish our content without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
